October 27, 2022. Székesfehérvár - We handed over the last Ikarus 120e buses of the project in Székesfehérvár, thereby completing the 12 IKARUS electric buses part of the 60-unit electric bus fleet purchased by Volánbusz from the support of the Green Bus Program.
In April 2022, Volánbusz signed the contract for the purchase of 60 electric buses, which includes 12 Ikarus 120e electric buses produced by Ikarus. The purpose of the investment within the framework of the Green Bus Program is to rejuvenate and green the Volánbusz bus fleet, and to create sustainable public transport.
